PDF Reports

Quick Report
For a single placement:
- Go to Placements
- Click on a placement
- Click "Generate Report"
- Select date range
- Choose format (PDF or CSV)
- Download

Set up automatic report delivery:
Creating a Schedule
- Go to Reports → Scheduled
- Click "New Schedule"
- Configure:
- Placement — Which placement to report on
- Frequency — Weekly or Monthly
- Recipients — Email addresses
- Day — When to send (e.g., Monday for weekly)
- Save

Managing Schedules
View and edit schedules in Reports → Scheduled:
- Enable/disable schedules
- Change recipients

Sharing with Sponsors
Scheduled Email Delivery
Use scheduled reports for automatic delivery:
- Go to Reports → Scheduled
- Create a new schedule
- Set the recipient email (can be your sponsor)
- Reports are automatically emailed on schedule
Manual Sharing
For one-off reports:
- Download the PDF or CSV
- Email it to your sponsor manually
- Include a brief summary of highlights
Advertiser Portal
For ongoing access, use the Advertiser Portal instead — sponsors can view real-time stats anytime without waiting for reports.

Comparing Periods
To show growth or compare campaigns:
- Generate reports for different date ranges
- Include both in your email to sponsor

Troubleshooting
Report shows no data?
- Check the date range includes active campaign days
- Verify the placement has tracking data
- Ensure placement wasn't paused during that period
PDF not generating?
- Try a shorter date range
- Clear browser cache
- Try a different browser
Scheduled reports not sending?
- Check the schedule is enabled
- Verify email addresses are correct
- Check spam folders
Data doesn't match dashboard?
Reports use the same data as the dashboard. If numbers differ:
- Check date ranges match exactly
- Dashboard may show real-time; reports use aggregated data
- Refresh both and compare again
